What Does this CT Scan Result Mean?

I had a ct with contrast that showed a 7 mm right lateral mass. I m so fatique I have lost a total of 27 lbs in one month having pain when breathing in have been told they will watch until december but things are getting worse. Have appt. tomorrow with a family doctor what questions should I ask.

Hi,

See it's not related with your 27 lbs weigh loss history. CT scan shows a lateral mass on the right side.

It may be due to the fat collection or something else which needs to be further diagnosed by fine needle aspiration cytology. You should ask that what's the mass? how to further diagnose it? rule out cancer?
